On Tuesday, October 24, 2006 the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training held a public dedication to officially open the K.O. Rayburn Training Center in Ada, Oklahoma. The events was attended by over 500 people from the community and law enforcement agencies in the state. Governor Brad Henry, Congressman Tom Cole, and Governor Bill Anoatubby addressed the crowd. Ada City Mayor Donna York proclaimed that October 24, 2006 is CLEET Day in Ada, Oklahoma.
