In 2004 and 2005, the total value of issued building permits in the City of Ada were $14.1 million and $14.5 million respectively. In 2006, that number more than doubled to $29.8 million. The total value of building permits issued in 2007, $39.9 million, represents an 182.85% increase over 2004 totals.
Currently, the total value of building permits issued in the City of Ada is $34.4 million, with over $20 million representing new commercial construction.
