First Quarter 2010 MLS Statistics are now available for the Ada Real Estate Market. There were 88 homes sold last quarter with an average price of $115,420. This represents an increase of 9.05% over the average price during the first quarter 2009 ($105,846). In fact the average sales price for the entire 2009 year was only $109,656. The average number of days a home was on the market declined from 182 during the first quarter 2009 to 140 days during first quarter 2010.

    Compared to the 22 realtor boards in the state of Oklahoma, Ada ranked 12th for average price during the first quarter 2010. Ada ranked higher than Shawnee, Muskogee, Duncan, and Woodward. The majority of the realtor boards that had a higher average price than Ada were the major metropolitan areas.
