There will be a Employee Retention Workshop specific to manufacturers held on Tuesday, October 26, 2010 in McAlester. This event "A Retention Convention - Keeping Top Talent in Manufacturing" will feature Kristine Sexter. Kristine Sexter is an expert in helping companies deal with and correct employee retention and turnover problems. This continues to be a problem for many employers, but a problem that can be reduced or eliminated by following suggestions as discussed by Kristine.

12:10 pm - Lunch provided by Ball Hickory Pit BBQ
Participants will receive a free copy of "Rolling Out the Recognition: Employee Retention Strategies for Manufacturers" by Kristine Sexter.
Registration costs are $39 or $29 each for 3 or more from the same company.
