Chickasaw Nation The Chickasaw Tribal Legislature unanimously passed the budget for the construction of a new Chickasaw Nation Health Facility. The new $135 million health facility will triple the size of the Carl Albert Indian Health Facility in Ada. The 370,000 square feet, two-story, 70 bed hospital is expected to be constructed within three years.
