Oklahoma has gone from frontier land to the second-most wireless tech-savvy area in the nation, according to a new survey.
The state — essentially the Tulsa and Oklahoma City markets combined — ranked just below Atlanta in the AT&T Small Business Technology Poll, a survey of how important wireless capabilities are for small businesses.
The communications company included Oklahoma as a whole in its survey of 10 mostly metro areas, including San Francisco, Dallas, Chicago and San Diego.
