The March 2010 deposit for the Pontotoc County sales tax was $232,481. This represents a 2.87% decrease from March 2009. Fiscal year to date sales are down by 6.48% from the previous fiscal year. Both city and county sales tax collections have decreased by over 6% from the previous fiscal year to date.
